Dashboard tour
After signing in, you'll arrive at the dashboard — the OpenResi home page. Here you can see a brief overview of what's happening in the building right now.
What you'll find on the dashboard
Welcome
At the top: "Welcome, {your name}" along with the name of the community you are signed into.
Recent posts
The last 3 announcements from the HOA chairman or the board are displayed — for example:
- Date of the next meeting
- Instructions for the annual statement
- Planned service work in the building
Click a post to view its full text and attachments. Click "Show all announcements" to go to the complete list.
Upcoming events
The next 3 events in the building:
- Owners' meetings
- Votes
- Maintenance interventions
- Community events (work parties, neighbor get-togethers)
For each event you can see the date, time, and type. Click an event to open its detail — there you can confirm or decline attendance (RSVP). More in Meetings and RSVP.
You can see some dashboard sections only if you have permission. For example, community events are visible only to community members, not to external contractors.
Navigating the app
Side menu
On the left (on mobile via the ☰ icon) you have the main menu with these sections:

Items you don't see are hidden based on your role. An owner doesn't see items reserved for the chairman and vice versa.
Language switcher
In the top right, you can switch between Slovak and English.
Dark mode
Next to the language switcher is the color scheme toggle (sun/moon). The app will remember your choice.
Signing out
In the top right corner, click your name → "Sign out".
